At Born From Stardust, our books are printed and shipped through Bookvault, a trusted print-on-demand partner that produces high-quality titles right when you order them. Each book is printed just for you, helping us reduce waste and keep our process sustainable
+ ORDER PROCESSING
Your book is printed on demand — no mass production, no warehouses.
Please allow 3–7 business days for printing before your order ships.
+ SHIPPING TIMES
Once printed, your book will ship directly from the nearest Bookvault facility to your location. Typical delivery times are:
- UK: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- USA & Canada: 7–12 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
You’ll receive a tracking email once your book ships so you can follow its journey home
+ RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Because each book is printed to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
However, if your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll absolutely fix it.
Please email us at returns@bornfromstardust.world within 14 days of delivery, including:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage or misprint
Once we’ve reviewed your message, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund through Bookvault as quickly as possible
+ WRONG ADDRESS OR DELIVERY ISSUES
If an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, the shipment may be returned to Bookvault.
We’ll happily reship once we receive an updated address, but additional shipping costs may apply.
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, reach out to hello@bornfromstardust.world, and we’ll help track it down.
+ CUSTOMS & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Bookvault ships worldwide. Please note that customs fees or import taxes may apply for orders outside your country — these are the buyer’s responsibility.

At Born From Stardust, each piece is made just for you — printed and fulfilled by our trusted partner, Printful. Because everything is made to order, we don’t hold stock or accept general returns. But if something arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t quite what you ordered, we’ll absolutely make it right
+ IF SOMETHING'S WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong
product, please email us at returns@bornfromstardust.world within 14 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A short note about what happened
- A few clear photos of the item and packaging
Once we’ve reviewed your message, we’ll get a replacement or refund sorted out as quickly as possible.
+ WRONG ADDRESS
If the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, your order may be returned to Printful. Once we receive an updated address, we’ll happily arrange reshipment — but please note that reshipping costs may apply.
+ UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to Printful because it wasn’t claimed at delivery, we can resend it to you — you’ll just need to cover the shipping fee.
+ CHANGE OF MIND OR SIZE ISSUES
Because each item is made just for you, we can’t offer returns or refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect size
selection.
We include detailed size guides on all product pages, so please double-check before placing your order.
+ DAMAGED OR MISPRINTED ITEMS
If something arrives damaged or with a print issue, don’t worry — we’ve got you. Printful will cover the cost of replacing or refunding those items. Just send us a message with photos and your order details, and we’ll take care of it.
